When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Services or registering to use the Services, Peaklabs requires you to provide personal contact information, such as your name, company name, address, phone number, and email address (referred to as “Personal Contact Information”). When purchasing the Services, Peaklabs may also require financial and billing information, such as billing name, address, and credit card number, and the number of employees who will use the Services (“Billing Information”).
In connection with our Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging services, we collect phone numbers and consent for sending messages. These may include notifications, service-related updates, and marketing messages, depending on your preferences and consent.
Using Peaklabs' Services, you will be able to create, upload, store, and share information such as company descriptions, email IDs, logos, photos, custom emails, etc. (this is collectively referred to as “Data”). This information will be stored and maintained on Peaklabs' website.
If you run into technical errors while using the Services, Peaklabs may request permission to obtain a crash report and certain logging information from your system documenting the error (“Diagnostic Information”). Such information may contain details about your Operating System version, hardware, and your email address, if provided. Additionally, certain login information is maintained in a cookie stored locally on your computer to streamline the login process (“Login Information”).
As you navigate Peaklabs' website and use our Services, we may collect information through frequently used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and web beacons (“Website Navigational Information”). Website Navigational Information includes browser type, IP address, and actions taken on Peaklabs' website, such as pages viewed and links clicked.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website or other websites.

Peaklabs does not collect any information regarding your real-time geo-location while using the Services; however, it may do so in the future. We will request your permission before collecting such information.

Peaklabs does not store any Billing Information on its servers. Instead, we use a secure payment provider (Stripe) to store and process all payment-related transactions.
We use your Data and Diagnostic Information to improve the functionality of our Services and troubleshoot any technical issues. Login Information helps streamline the login process.
We use Analytics Information in conjunction with third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and analyze website and service usage, to improve user-friendliness, and to verify authorization for services.
Peaklabs provides users with the ability to link their Data to third-party applications such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Such linking is at your discretion, and we cannot be held responsible for how third-party services use your Data.
Per our Privacy and Conditions, you agree to allow Peaklabs to identify you as a customer and use your name and/or logo in Peaklabs’ website and marketing materials.
Peaklabs does not sell, rent, or trade your private information to third parties.
